Jean Daniel Kabati

Executive Director

“Jean-Daniel is an accomplished humanitarian leader with over 19 years of experience in the field. He is passionate about community development issues and has been instrumental in the implementation of various programs aimed at the betterment of humanity on health issues, peace, climate change, culture, and youth empowerment. He holds a Master’s degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, as well as a Master’s degree in Religions and Social Transformation from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He has also completed an advanced health management program.” 

Busisiwe Mbatha

Programs Coordinator

 “A Programme Coordinator with over 7 years of experience in humanitarian work, she holds an Honours degree in Psychology from Midrand Graduate Institute and has extensive project management experience.” 

Reshma Sathirparsad

Programs Development 

 “She has over 20 years of experience working as a lecturer at the School of Nursing and Public Health at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She has extensive experience implementing community development initiatives, peace building, mental health, and other general public health issues. She is also an experienced public speaker and researcher. Her expertise in program development is invaluable.” 

Gilbert Tinashe

Research 

 “Gilbert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Economics applied to conflicts management development. He has extensive experience evaluating projects and has been leading various intervention programs. His interest lies in ensuring effective evaluations of program implementation. He is also a lead coordinator of the organization’s conversations.” 

Dumsani Ngubane

Arts Specialist


 “Dumsani is an arts and culture specialist with over 25 years of experience working with various art forms in South Africa and internationally as a performance artist. He has been through a range of training programs that have facilitated his growth in various art forms. He is passionate about telling the African story through arts and believes in using arts for societal transformation. He believes that every child’s creative mind should be developed through participation in the arts.”

Office and Communication 


 “Ines has over 3 years of experience working in administration. She holds a B Tech in Operation and Management and a diploma in logistics from Vaal University of Technology. Public relations is one of her areas of responsibility.”
